Ordering, Upgrade, and Return Info

We accept credit card, PayPal, Litecoin, and Ether as payment.

Most orders ship within 5 business days. 

Any Upgrade may delay your order by up to 2 weeks--we print most upgrades to order, and as such, have to batch them in with the earliest production run.  

DTG-prints, black mugs, phone cases, and poster-prints are usually shipped from a trusted, secure third-party service and may take ~ 10 business days to ship.

International Orders: we know shipping overseas is expensive, we hope to have a better solution in place soon with negotiated rates. Note that you may also have to pay customs duties on items shipped to you from the US. We cannot mark merchandise as a "gift" or otherwise evade the system. Very sorry.

If you should order the wrong size and would like a replacement, simply email us within 2 weeks of receiving your item(s), package the item, and mail it First Class (generally cheapest) back to the return address. Please include your order number and the size you desire in your email and the package. Upon receipt, we will invoice you the return-shipping cost and ship you a new size. If you would prefer a refund, we will refund your order, less shipping and a 10% handling fee.

If the physical shirt is defective, email us within 2 weeks of receiving your item(s), include a picture of the defect, and include your order number. We will replace the defective item free of charge.

If within 90 days of your order, the print on your shirt should crack, crock, wash out, or fade excessively, email us with a picture of the defect and include your order number. We will replace the shirt free of charge (further information is included on our care-instructions sheet with every order.)
