We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Litecoin, and Ether as payment.
Standard Screenprints: 3-5 business days.
Posters: 3-5 business days.
Mugs: 5-7 business days.
Caps and Other Items: 3 days to 2 weeks.
Please note that orders may be delayed from time to time because we're a small company punching above our weight: a large rush or a wholesale/crowdfund job may slow us down. When that happens, you're not alone, and we're working as fast as we can! Check our company blog to see what we're working on (and for random fake news the boss types up!)
International Orders: we know shipping overseas is expensive, we hope to have a better solution in place soon with negotiated rates. Note that you may also have to pay customs duties on items shipped to you from the US. We cannot mark merchandise as a "gift" or otherwise evade the system. You are responsible for all duties and VAT.
If you should order the wrong size and would like a replacement, simply email us within 2 weeks of receiving your item(s), package the item, and mail it First Class (generally cheapest) back to the return address. Please include your order number and the size you desire in your email and the package. Upon receipt, we will invoice you the return-shipping cost and ship you a new size. If you would prefer a refund, we will refund your order, less shipping and a 10% handling fee.
If the physical shirt is defective or we sent the wrong item, email us within 2 weeks of receiving your item(s), include a picture of the defect, and include your order number. We will replace the defective item free of charge.
If within 90 days of your order, the print on your shirt should crack, crock, wash out, or fade excessively, email us with a picture of the defect and include your order number. We will replace the shirt free of charge (further information is included on our care-instructions sheet with every order.)
The order cutoffs for Christmas delivery (with Priority shipping) are as follows:
Screenprints: December 15th
DTG Prints and Upgraded Orders (Tall, USA, etc.): December 1st
Overseas: Varies by country, but we recommend ordering no later than Cyber Monday. However, if you get your order in at any time in November before Black Friday, and you add "BFCM" in the "Order Notes" section, we'll manually refund the difference between your purchase price and our BF/CM sale price to ensure both delivery and the best bang for your...euro, canadian dollar, pound-sterling etc. This offer applies ONLY to international customers. We will not apply this to domestic customers.
