Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Specialty items, such as tall-sizes, hoodies, sweatshirts, etc. tend to take a little longer. If we experience an excessive delay in your order, we'll let you know.
DTG-prints, black mugs, phone cases, and poster-prints are shipped from a trusted, secure third-party service and may take up to 7 business days.
If you should order the wrong size and would like a replacement, simply email us at email@example.com within 2 weeks of receiving your item(s), package the item, and mail it First Class back to the return address. Please include your order number and the size you desire in your email and the package. Upon receipt, we will invoice you the return-shipping cost and ship you a new size. If you would prefer a refund, we will refund your order, less shipping and a 10% handling fee.
If the physical shirt is defective, email us within 2 weeks of receiving your item(s), include a picture of the defect, and include your order number. We will replace the defective item free of charge.
If within 90 days of your order, the print on your shirt should crack, crock, wash out, or fade excessively, email us with a picture of the defect and include your order number. We will replace the shirt free of charge (further information is included on our care-instructions sheet with every order.)
