5-10-21: Not much new other than some exciting new products! Suppliers are still running VERY slow. Again, usually 2-4x longer than before "the new normal." We understand how frustrating the wait can be, but be assured--your order is in, nothing is lost, we haven't bolted with your cash. We'll get your order out to you just as soon as items are in. We don't send out "we're sorry, your order is late" emails because that in itself would be a full time job right now because almost everyone is late unless we just so happen to have something in stock. Best thing to do is check back here or on Twitter/Gab/Socialgalactic for updates like this. You may, as always, email us for info, but it won't be much different from here. If there is some problem with your order other than a supplier issue, we'll contact you. Most of these delays are industrywide due to worker shortages, longer shipping times, etc., so "just switch suppliers!" is, unfortunately, not a fix. And if you're holding off for things to improve--probably best to go ahead and order so your wait will begin now rather than later. Nobody knows when things will speed back up. We've been told many times that turnarounds are improving but we have yet to see it except for very brief periods.
